Do I have to join B-Luxury Group to receive coaching?
No. You don't have to change firms or join B-Luxury Group to participate. Coaching is available to eligible agents regardless of who you're currently licensed with.
Can I participate if I'm currently with another firm?
Yes. The coaching program is completely separate from joining B-Luxury Group. Participants continue to follow their own broker's policies and state requirements.
Is this program only for brand-new agents?
No. It's also designed for active agents who feel stuck, inconsistent, or in need of structure and accountability.
Are sessions private or held in a group?
Both group and private coaching options are available. Availability and investment may differ, we'll cover what fits you on your Agent Strategy Call.
How long is the program?
Agent Foundation to Production is a focused four-week coaching experience with implementation assignments and accountability.
What happens if I miss a session?
The attendance, rescheduling, and replay policy is explained before enrollment and included in your coaching agreement.
Is income or production guaranteed?
No. Coaching provides education, tools, guidance, and accountability. Results depend on each participant's effort, market, follow-through, and compliance.
